We always strive to achieve excellence and appreciate you, the customer. We also want you to know that some flowers are not always available for us, we will use a substitute for your arrangement. Please remember the pictures are only suggestions for what your flowers will look like. It is not set in stone because we are individuals with our artistic vision of what your arrangement will look like. This aspect is why we love this business so much; we can use the same flowers every day yet create something personal and individual as you are the customer who purchases our floral creations.
You’d like to surprise someone with gorgeous fresh flowers…a mix of blooms that looks as if the entire garden has been put into a vase! This splendid medley of blue, cream, white, pink and lavender flowers, presented on a bed of river rocks, is a beautiful choice.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The bouquet, Breathtaking Blossoms, was just exactly that. Breathtakingly beautiful. I sent it to my sister-in-law for her birthday and she was so delighted that she sent me a picture of it. It looked so much like what the picture on-line. I will certainly use them again in the future!!
