Please remember the pictures are only suggestions for what your flowers will look like. It is not set in stone because we are individuals with our artistic vision of what your arrangement will look like. This aspect is why we love this business so much; we can use the same flowers every day yet create something personal and individual as you are the customer who purchases our floral creations.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

We live out of state and wanted to send a get well plant to our sister in Castle Rock just recovering from surgery. Did not hear from her so called Sander Ranch to see if it was delivered. We made the mistake of calling on Valentine's Day and felt bad as it was a very busy day for Sander Ranch Flowers. The owner took her time and looked up are order and found the local growers did not deliver to her. She felt bad and upgraded our order to the most beautiful plant we have ever seen and even delivered it that day. My sister was so happy and made her day after surgery. Thank you Sander Ranch for your wonderful service and for being there for us and our family. Everyone should feel good about you and your business. We do and will tell everyone how happy you made our family.
