WOW, the entire process was seamless and could not have asked for better customer service. This was a surprise for my Mom's 92nd Bday. Did the Designer's choice and could not have been happier. They follow-up with an e-mail photo of the arrangement and another one once it has actually been delivered. GREAT GREAT GREAT, will not use another florist. I'm in Florida and knowing it's a safe secure business is a relief. Thank you, Sander Ranch Flowers....
