It is not set in stone because we are individuals with our artistic vision of what your arrangement will look like. This aspect is why we love this business so much; we can use the same flowers every day yet create something personal and individual as you are the customer who purchases our floral creations.
A beautiful box is full of the freshest flowers available. ***Flowers and color may vary on season and availability.**** As always the flowers will be the freshest available.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I have been ordering flowers for several years, and haven’t even considered looking for somewhere else. The flower arrangements are gorgeous.
