They delivered on the date requested early enough with ample notifications. Not having to wait until 7pm window. Deluxe bouquet was a good size though it looked smaller in their gallery. Chocolate Factory brand as advertised.

The flowers were beautiful, they were fast and on time! Which I think is very respectful. My only complaint is they were expensive. I felt the pictures online were deceiving. They show you the picture of the arrangement but unless you order the deluxe version you do not actually get the full big arrangement you expect, you gat a smaller version...I think it needs to be more clear that the basic version is much less than pictured.

Not all flowers pictured in our product photos are in stock or available year-round. Our photos represent the overall style, theme, and color palette of an arrangement and may include seasonal flowers or one-of-a-kind vases and containers that cannot be exactly replicated.
Because flowers and containers are subject to seasonality, weather, availability, and market conditions, the finished arrangement may not look exactly like the photo shown. However, we will always make every effort to preserve the overall look, style, theme, and color scheme of your selected arrangement.
When substitutions are necessary, we will use flowers and/or containers of equal or greater value whenever possible. Our experienced designers will select the most appropriate substitutions to maintain the integrity and overall appearance of the original design.
If a particular flower, color, flower variety, or design element is especially important to your order, please include that information in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
Please understand that substitutions may be necessary and are not considered a reason for cancellation or refund when the overall value, style, and color scheme of the arrangement are maintained.
Delivery Information
To help ensure your flowers arrive safely, fresh, and on time, please review the following delivery requirements:
Gated Communities: If your order is being delivered to a gated community, please provide the correct gate code or access instructions. Without proper access information, we may be unable to complete the delivery on the first attempt, which may result in delivery delays or additional delivery fees.
Businesses & Schools: For deliveries to a business or school, please provide the full name of the business or school along with any applicable department, office, or suite information. This helps us ensure your flowers reach the correct location.
Cold Weather Deliveries: To protect the quality and freshness of your flowers, we cannot leave floral deliveries unattended when temperatures are below 39°F. Someone must be available to receive the arrangement, or alternative delivery arrangements may be required.
Providing complete and accurate delivery information at the time of ordering helps us provide the best possible service and ensures your flowers arrive in the condition we intend.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
However, we understand that circumstances may arise where an exchange is necessary. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss an exchange. Exchanges are subject to approval and product availability.
