If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I ordered flowers online for a friend. I searched for a local, small business in CO (I live in FL). I LOVED the arrangement, it was just what I was hoping for!!! They sent me a "BloomShot" which I loved, a picture of the arrangement after it was created, before it was delivered. I liked this concept because when I've ordered flowers in the past, I never see what the finished product looks like. They also sent another picture at delivery so I knew what time it had arrived. Overall this was an outstanding experience! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Wonderful small business, easy to navigate/order on website, great communication throughout with pictures, and a LOVELY flower arrangement! Couldn't be happier!

I prefer to shop women brick & mortar businesses! This is the 2nd time I have used this amazing florist her products are awesome, the customer service is stellar! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a beautiful piece for any occasion!!
